Klett Consulting Group (KCG) is a federal support contractor headquartered in Hampton Roads. KCG provides specialized program support across multiple areas for both military and civilian agencies.

KCG is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our team.

• Analyze requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems and review system capabilities, workflow, and limitations
• Design new systems and frameworks
• Participate in risk mitigation planning
• Create system guidelines and manuals for the organization
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on system processes
• Collaborate with operators and Project Leads to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent
• Conduct regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
• Structure and prioritize business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval

• Secret Security Clearance required
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field desired
• Experience with DoD Command
• Critical thinking ability
• Strong problem-solving capacity
• High-level written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of data modeling and data visualization tools
