KCG is seeking a LVC Specialist to join our team in support of the following program.
The Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Program is tasked with developing solutions to the operational challenges that face today’s warfighter as well as the advanced concepts and doctrine that will extend American maritime dominance far into the future. The NCTE is a global, interconnected network of simulation, training, and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems that form a virtual range for experimentation and training involving Navy weapon systems.
The LVC Specialist will be responsible for supporting warfighting analysis projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Navy training command IT Systems, with special focus on C4I systems stimulation and operation
- Ability to lead coordination and execution of LVC Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) events
- Knowledge in leading analysis efforts on highly complex problems or mission specific operational problems, directing technical teams on operational and/or developmental projects throughout system life cycle (development of requirements to final delivery)
Requirements:
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree with seven (7) years of experience supporting Navy Training Activities or similar systems/organizations and shows increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience with Navy training command IT systems, with special focus on C4I systems stimulation and operation
Desired Certifications:
- Program Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified in CMMI and Lean Six Sigma
