KCG is seeking a LVC Subject Matter Expert to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Experience with defense training command IT systems, with a special focus on C4I systems simulation and operation
• Ability to lead coordination and execution of LVC Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) events
• Knowledge in leading analysis efforts on highly complex problems or mission-specific operational problems, directing technical teams on operational and/or developmental projects throughout the system life cycle (development of requirements to final delivery)

Requirements:

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree with seven (7) years of experience supporting Training Activities or similar systems/organizations and shows increasing levels of responsibility
• Experience with training command IT systems, with a special focus on C4I systems simulation and operation

Desired Certifications:

• Program Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified in CMMI and Lean Six Sigma
