Description

The HQ TRADOC Office of the Chief Knowledge Officer (OCKO) is TRADOC’s lead organization for all command knowledge management (KM) strategy, governance, and initiatives. OCKO serves as a pivotal coordination and communication body to organize and align KM across TRADOC and collaborates with Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), Centers of Excellence (CoEs)/Schools/Activities, and enterprise partners (for example, U.S. Army Office of Business Transformation) to build successful KM capabilities to increase organizational performance and efficacy.
KCG is seeking a Senior DevOps/DevSecOps to join our team. This position will be on-site work and is contingent upon award.
 

Requirements:

  • US Citizen with a TOP SECRET security clearance required
  •  Possess significant experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining performance management systems (for example, SharePoint, Strategic Management System, Vantage, Advana, Power BI).
  • Possess proficiency with online platforms (SharePoint 2016, A365 (SharePoint Online) and enterprise mobility.
  • Proficiency in web development including languages (JavaScript, CSS, HTML) and building and maintaining websites (WordPress), project management software (JIRA, MS Planner), on-premises and cloud business software services (MS Office), and multi-platform collaboration tools (MS Teams).
  • Proficiency in low and no code business process automation and application development (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Significant experience in data analytics, reporting and visualizations and decision-making platforms.
  • Experience in data modeling and design defining tables, configuring table and column properties, defining relationships, resolving many-to-many relationships, defining appropriate levels of granularity for both operational data and analytical data.
  • Significant experience in data engineering/architecture including building and maintaining data pipelines, integrating data, ensuring data interoperability, implementing data structures, and designing and maintaining data storage.
  • Experience with designing and building data architectures consisting of models and developing standards and rules for how data is collected, stored, arranged, integrated, and used in data systems.
  • Experience in planning, implementing and control activities that apply quality management techniques to data to ensure it is a fit for consumption and meets user needs.
