The HQ TRADOC Office of the Chief Knowledge Officer (OCKO) is TRADOC’s lead organization for all command knowledge management (KM) strategy, governance, and initiatives. OCKO serves as a pivotal coordination and communication body to organize and align KM across TRADOC and collaborates with Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), Centers of Excellence (CoEs)/Schools/Activities, and enterprise partners (for example, U.S. Army Office of Business Transformation) to build successful KM capabilities to increase organizational performance and efficacy.
KCG is seeking a Program Manager - Knowledge Management to join our team. This position will be on-site work and is contingent upon award.
 

Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will provide on-site contract Program Management and team lead support for TRADOC’s OCKO command-wide KM program. The Program Manager will be required to implement the Hoshin Kanri approach to program planning and operations, or a comparable approach as approved by the government and an Agile Project Management approach to deliverables.
 

Requirements:

 
  • US Citizen with a TOP SECRET security clearance
  • PMP Certification.
  • Knowledge Management Certification.
  • Trained in Agile Project Management.
  • Must be Agile Scrum certified within 60 days of hire.
  • No less than 3 years of experience within the past five years in leading, managing, and applying agile project management and incremental/spiral development techniques to a project of similar scope and size.
  • Experience with measuring and managing performance including development and utilization of Key Performance Indictors (KPIs), Measures of Performance (MoPs), Measures of Effectiveness (MoEs), and performance management systems.
