KCG is seeking multiple candidates to support a recently awarded 5-year contract with various Navy Combat Systems training commands in Norfolk, VA

Position Description:

• Function as a member of the team responsible for the integration of simulations or trainers within the NCTE
• Perform planning and scheduling for integration test events, including test plan development, coordination meetings, and event design efforts
• Interpret and evaluate tactical situations and make recommendations to supervisors during training scenarios

Requirements:

• Experience with Navy training systems (ACTS, BFTT, FST) as well as interim training products
• Experience with TADIL (Tactical Data Links, LINK-11, LINK-16, CEC)
• Ability to inform all functions within the organization (i.e., networks, operations, information assurance, software development) of all implications of the integration event to the NCTE
• Must have the ability to provide technical project leadership, establish milestones, estimate resources, and other project management skills
• Active DoD Security Clearance

Preferred: Tactical Qualifications (Warfare Coordinator, TAO)
