Klett Consulting Group (KCG) is a government contracting firm specializing in program support across multiple support areas for both military and civilian agencies.  KCG has been in business for 20+ years in the government industry and has been voted on of the "Best Places to Work" for the past 4 years.

Participants in KCG’s Data Analytics Apprenticeship Program (DAAP) will receive structured training in descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics and will be expected to perform real, entry-level work while receiving mentorship, professional certifications, sponsorship towards a security clearance, and stipend pay.

The goal of this program is for apprentices to gain proficiency in commonly used tools and programming languages like SQL, Python, and PowerBI.  Apprentices will use these skills to collect, retrieve, clean, explore, and analyze data relevant to any type of process or problem.

Through this experience and professional growth, KCG intends to help produce a workforce capable of fulfilling the requirements and demands of this rapidly growing field of work and expertise.

KCG will accept candidates to our DAAP from various backgrounds (e.g., veterans, recent college graduates, individuals transitioning from other professions) and provide interactive virtual and on-the-job training in a defined path-of-focus within the data analytics field.

All participants who successfully complete the apprenticeship program will be given priority in filling full-time contract and internal data analytics roles as they are available.
