Description
Klett Consulting Group (KCG) is a federal support contractor headquartered in Hampton Roads. KCG provides specialized program support across multiple areas for both military and civilian agencies.
KCG is seeking a CONOPS Development Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates development of innovative warfighting CONOPS to better employ Navy capabilities
- Coordinates development of innovative CONOPS to better man, train for, and equip new platforms as they are delivered to the Fleet
- Conducts advanced analysis and assessment of USFFC assigned CONOPS
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in related field
- 10+ years relevant experience in
- Experience with CONOPS Development
- Knowledge of Command & Control, Man/trian/equipment issues, and other operational knowledge
- Effective written and verbal communication
- US Citizen
